	Here is how it works
	a. Get the latest trend report after the 14th of each month.
	b. Get the value under the PZ AVG or SZ AVG column for your MOS and enter it into #1 above.
	c. Get the last five cutoff scores for your MOS (prior to the trend report).
	d. Enter them into the five text boxes in #2 above.
	e. Click "Calculate" and see your estimate below in green.
	f. The value should be very close to the cutoff score for your MOS in the cutoff list immediately following the trend report.
